Short but sweet. I don't know how many times I can say this, but I LOVE the Jeff Galloway marathon training program. To quote James Brown:
I FEEL GOOD
James Brown

Whoa-oa-oa! I feel good, I knew that I would, now
I feel good, I knew that I would, now

Thanks to Lindsey of Chasing the Kenyans for teaching me how to do this!!

Wow, I am so happy that the training is going so well and that Galloway is working out so well for you!! I'm in the process of trying to convince my father that he should try it out and run another marathon (he ran just one back when he was in his early-30s). I'm totally going to send him your blog link!! :)

Great job! It looks like your training is going really well.

Btw, funny quips on my blog are always welcome. It takes a LOT to offend me and comments about my chest don't even come close ;-) I worked for eighteen years in the casino industry which takes a very thick skin.
